ICG was thrilled to walk away with the Active Workplace of the Year trophy at the Fylde Sports Awards.
The team picked up the prestigious accolade at last night's community awards, which recognise individual, club and volunteer sporting success across the Fylde.
The event was hosted by BBC Radio Lancashire's John Gilmore with a live broadcast featuring interviews with our Creative Director, Simon Couchman and PR Manager, Julie Hackett.
The judges praised ICG's commitment to being an active workplace - from winning the Sprint Mixed Relay event at the Cheshire Triathlon earlier this year to hosting a lunchtime walking club, boot camp sessions and yoga as well as installing standing desks!
