When Chase and Marshall from children's TV favourite PAW Patrol travelled all the way to Blackburn from their home in Adventure Bay, the ICG PR team were on hand to capture the action.
Pre-event publicity resulted in lots of local coverage from Visit Lancashire to Blackburn Life and the Lancashire Telegraph and a targeted social media campaign generated thousands of likes, shares and follows.
The PR team attended the event, which was held on the first Bank Holiday of the year, to talk to children and parents from across the North West and beyond, ensuring photography and interviews were used to generate column inches in a broad range of titles.
The 'pawsome' event marked the start of an exciting year at The Mall, with more guest appearances, fabulous new store openings and special occasions in the pipeline.
